And thank you for visiting the Official Website of the Julington Creek Plantation Property Owners Association (JCP POA). JCP is a premier planned community in northwest St. Johns County, Florida. It is situated on the south bank of Julington Creek on the St. Johns River, approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Jacksonville and 40 minutes northwest of St. Augustine. Our Property Owners Association is self-governing, no longer under developer control; it is administered by an elected 7-member Board of Directors. - The Login area is only for members of our Property Owners Association and residential renters; we invite these persons to Request a Login if they do not already have one. You can use your login account to request services, to read Board of Directors reports and announcements, and to review your account, among other features.
- Our Community Corner describes Announcements and Calendar events for the general public, and displays the POA Business Calendar of committee and Board of Directors meetings..
