• Free Classes and Events at the Library  The Bartram Trail Library has activities that are fun, free, and educational for the family.
• Children's Toys, Playsets and Lawn/Garden Items Recalled - The Consumer Products Safety Commission has recalled various outdoor items, including Adventure Playsets and other toys.  Garden and household items are also on the CPSC's recall list. 
• Policies and Procedures Available Online - Homeowners/Property Owners Associations must comply with Florida Statute, Chapter 720 in their business dealings.  Board of Directors' policies regarding communication, conflict of interest, and roles and responsibilities are posted on this website, as are procedures for members to use when requesting POA records/documents.  The direct link, Policies and Procedures, is located under the About menu above.
• Daylight Saving Time and Twice-a-Week Watering Schedule in Effect Sunday, March 11.  Daylight Saving Time goes into effect March 11.  Set your clocks to "spring ahead" one hour!  Twice-a-week-watering restrictions begin at the same time.  See SJRWMD watering restrictions for details and exceptions for newly-planted areas and other exemptions.  The following St. Johns County watering schedule is in effect for residential areas: 

• Even-Numbered Addresses:
  Daylight Saving Time: Sunday and Thursday 
  Eastern Standard Time: Sunday only

• Odd-Numbered and Unnumbered Addresses:
  Daylight Saving Time: Saturday Wednesday
  Eastern Standard Time: Saturday only

• Maps of JCP are Available.  Neighborhood street maps are available for viewing online or printing.  Subdivision information such as garbage pickup days and street listings are also online, as is an alphabetical listing of streets and the name of the neighborhood each is located in.
•  
• Announcements of Continuing Interest.  Older announcements that are still viable have been relocated to the Announcements page.  St. Johns County Sheriff's Office media releases that are more than two weeks old can be located at the Sheriff's Office News Archive.
• There's always something going on at the JCP Recreation Center! See the JCP CDD website at jcpcdd.org for listings of classes, events, and amenities.  And sign up for the CDD newsletter to have the latest recreational offerings emailed to you.

• The Login area is only for members of our Property Owners Association and residential renters; we invite these persons to Request a Login if they do not already have one. You can use your login account to request services, to read Board of Directors reports and announcements, and to review your account, among other features.
