Website Mission:  To provide a web resource that enhances our members’ enjoyment of Julington Creek Plantation and delivers services in a cost-effective manner.   We hope visitors will find our site informative and understand why so many of us call The Plantation “home”. Overview:  This is the official website of the Julington Creek Plantation Property Owners Association (POA). Its basic purpose is to provide information and and services to our property owners and to assist with business operations necessary to efficiently manage the community: collection of POA assessments, administration of our documents, and covenants, maintaining our common property, utility support, covenant enforcement, communications and fiscal administration. Member-only services are available through the Login area. Our public pages provide features and information that connects residents to each other, and informs prospective residents and buyers about our community.

Technologies:  Some technologies used in this site to enhance your experience include:

• This site is designed to display using standard browser technology, however, it is optimized for Internet Explorer.  If you experience difficulties viewing our web pages in another browser, try using this program, if possible.  If you have an old version of a browser, consider updating it.  Firefox users can go to http://www.mozilla.com/ for a free download.  Internet Explorer users should subscribe to automatic updates via http://www.microsoft.com/security/default.aspx (or at http://www.microsoft.com/) to be sure their browser is maintained properly.
  
  
• Flash Player software to display “movies”.  If you cannot see our movies, you may need to download and install the free version of Flash Player software.  The software is at: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/.
  
  
• Our brochures are designed in Adobe PDF.  The free Adobe Reader software is at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/.  You must download and install it in order to open brochures and documents in PDF format.
  
  
• Other attachments listed in our site are in Microsoft Word or possibly Excel.  If you cannot open our “docs” or “xls” files, email MAY Management or call them at 904-880-8796.
  
  
• This site may use javascript to display larger-sized pictures and special notices, and to extend its functionality using pop-ups. If the links to our pictures don’t work, it is probably because some program your computer is running is acting as a blocker that is disabling this feature. Software designed to deter annoying or invasive ads is the usual culprit. You may have to temporarily disable this feature. This is something you will need to address individually; there are so many causes for this our webmaster is unable to advise you exactly what you may need to do.
